How it works
Interviews sync from Google Calendar or Outlook. The candidate consents through a private link and runs Polar Check.
Your team interviews as usual on Zoom, Meet or Teams. A live panel alerts the interviewer when something needs attention.
Each finding comes with its confidence and evidence, alongside what could not be checked.

Our position
Polar Integrity reports what it observed. It never ranks candidates or recommends an outcome.
A check that could not run is reported as such, never as a pass or a concern.
Before they consent, candidates see what is checked, what is never collected and how long it is kept.
Reports
One page per candidate: what was found, what was checked and what could not be.

No integrity concerns
For platforms and staffing partners
Staffing firms and assessment platforms run Polar on their clients' interviews and hand over the evidence with the candidate.
Planning to offer Polar inside your own product? Tell us how your interviews run and we will scope the integration with you.
Polar Check runs on the candidate’s device, not inside your product or the call, so nothing in your interview flow has to change.
Every candidate gets an evidence report as a PDF and as an expiring link, written to be read by someone who was not in the interview.
Unlimited users with admin, HR and interviewer roles, and each recruiter’s interviews picked up from their own calendar.

FAQ

A finding is a signal, not a verdict. Each one comes with its evidence and confidence. Common tools such as password managers are discounted from an allow list, and a second monitor is recorded as context, not as a finding. Your team reviews the evidence and decides. Polar never ranks candidates or recommends an outcome.
